cFactory™ is an all-new, application-aware automated test case creation
platform. cFactory™ runs on Business Process Testing technology from HP Software and allows
non-technical users to create fully automated functional tests without recording, programming
or scripting. cFactory™ does this by utilizing the latest generation of test automation, 3rd
Generation or 3G, to create test automation components directly through its own analysis of
application forms and screens. These automatically created test components can then be easily
drag-and-dropped together to create entire end-to-end testing processes. Not only does this enable
non-technical functional experts and testers, it also allows for test automation to be created
between 2 and 8 times faster than is possible with traditional testing tools.
With cFactory™, test components use English language keywords to perform
their testing, not the programming languages of prior generations of tools. Older programming
scripts have been replaced with simple tables, also allowing non-technical personnel to quickly
and easily modify or maintain their own tests going forward via easy-to-use pull-down menus.

cFactory™ is an application-aware test case generator. This means
that it contains a rules base which describes how an application works. This rules base is
built using open-standards and allows cFactory™ to be easily expanded to auto-generate test
components against a wide range of application environments. As a result, cFactory™ is not
