About The Role
TurnKey Solutions is expanding and is searching for a qualified Business Development Representative (BDR) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients in the B2B large corporate software market. The BDR position will focus on territory and pipeline development, taking the initiative to seek out and qualify new prospects and passing them along to the Direct Sales Team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Discover and qualify sales opportunities, via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, to be passed to the Direct Sales Team for further action. This is done by contacting new prospects via phone and email to identify their needs and to explain how TurnKey Solutions can address their needs.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand a prospect’s goals and requirements, identify key “pain points”, and to build trust that TurnKey Solutions can potentially help solve those problems.
  • Set initial meetings with prospects to introduce the Account Representative.
  • Build and execute territory-based Sales Campaigns in partnership with the Account Representatives and Corporate Marketing, including leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Perform research on companies and prospects as a part of lead generation and qualification.
  • Acquire and enhance knowledge of both TurnKey Solutions’ and competitive products through independent and scheduled training and internet research.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) in software sales and/or related marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Good technical knowledge and the ability to learn new technical architectures.
  • Positive attitude, internally motivated and a strong desire to learn and succeed in software technology sales.
  • Skilled communicator, an active listener, and adept at building and nurturing relationships and trust.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High level of fluency in English; Second language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Discover.org is a plus.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations Include:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue andprofit goals
  • Drive sales leads and opportunities through the full sales life cycle (from prospecting new leads to closing opportunities with new and existing customers)

  • Work with Corporate Marketing to provide input on the development of marketing & sales materials and assets, assist with the execution of campaigns, qualify leads and represent TurnKey at industry events and trade shows
  • Resolve conflicts by coordinating actions across multiple client stakeholders and departments
  • Demonstrate executive presence and help to drive continuous improvement in the sales and delivery process through collaborative and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B Sales of Software products and services.
  • Solid Account management and relationship building skills
  • Experience with collaboration-based solution selling
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Proven track record generating outstanding sales results
  • Strong work ethic and professional integrity
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner
  • The ability to apply focused listening to extract relevant information and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and experienced at successfully applying working processes

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: ALM, Agile methodologies and/or tools, DevOps, CI/CD, business process improvement, change management, application development, quality assurance and/or automated software testing is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint or similar offerings from Apple and Google
  • Ability to work well as part of a diverse and geographically distributed team
  • Sales training certificates, particularly for solution selling
  • Travel required: from 10%-50%

About You

Successful team members at TurnKey Solutions work well independently, but integrate and coordinate seamlessly with colleagues in a team environment. Very strong verbal and written English communication skills are required for this career opportunity.  Knowledge of and interest in keeping up with the latest vendor offerings and toolsets in the SAP technology stack space is expected, and will be called upon in your role of designing and creating all-new SAP technologies that will become fully released/GA software products.  In this capacity, successful candidates will join our Gurgaon, New Delhi – based R&D team and will work both independently and with other SAP experts to create requirements, research, design, prototype and implement new and unique data management and systems management solutions for SAP landscapes.  Work will be on both all-new TurnKey products as well as enhanced versions of existing products for the SAP market.
